The Key To Successful Farm Financial Management

9.00 a.m. – 9.30 a.m.
Registration and coffee with continental breakfast
9.30 a.m. – 3.30 p.m.  Symposium
The four major banks (CIBC, FCC, RBC and TD Canada Trust) are cooperatively sponsoring and working with Oxford WSA to present this one day symposium to all Oxford WSA members and all invited female entrepreneurs from above mentioned banks. The concept is unique. Over the course of the day, each bank will work with the same farm business scenario and financial statements and present a specific business
concept.

At the end of the day, we expect the participants to:
- have a better understanding of the financial statements and ratios,
- be able to set goals and translate it into a financial plan,
- make annual projected income /cash flow statement, based on the goals,
- be able to better monitor their financial performances during the year.

During the symposium, we will also have a presentation from Deb Loyd. She specializes in hilarious humour based on her personal experiences. Her unforgettable stories inspire participants to lighten up and rediscover the joys of life.

During this symposium we hope to launch our Oxford WSA Website for the first time
www.womenforthesupportofagriculture.org

This day is sponsored by the banks, however preregistration is required.
